Does anyone know how to download Skype in Kuwait? It doesnt even work through proxy servers :(?

Skype is illegal in Kuwait, which is why it doesn't work. I would suggest that you use Yahoo Messenger and call computer to computer on that instead. Jail in Kuwait is no joke.
