Learn spanish in venezuela caracas?? help!?

I don't agree with the previous comment... it just depends on how hard you work. If you really work on talking only spanish and not trying to find people that can talk English to you I think you would get a pretty good base... of course you wont speak it perfectly but hey! I think it's a pretty good start... of course it also depends on how good you are with languages...
