i have started working out from past two months and everybody is telling me that i m lookin slim ....i havent checked my weight since its not exectly 2 months...i want to loose 5 to 6 kgs......i go for an hour of morning walk and 15 mins treadmil and 20 mins aerobics,and have a healthy balanced diet...... can u temme when will i loose 6 kgs???i must have lost around 1 or 2 kgs.
