Do you think ill be accepted?

i recently applied to George Brown college for next year and still haven't heared anything back from them, so i called and talked to someone who said they are waiting for my english mark. She said if my mark is high they will accept me, but my english mark is a 63% and its only my midterm and by overall average is a 74%. do you think ill be accepted?
