Docters are no help...?

so about 2 years ago these little white bumps appeared around the outside of my . I was a minor with no insurance and mom didnt seem to care, so I'm just now, within the past 6 months getting to a docter. The first docter did a pap, STD and bacterial infections tests. She seen the bumps when I pointed them out but said that they didnt resemble any STDs, or anything familiar to her. So she sent me to a obgyn. They said it was normal and I was fine. I wasnt settling with that, so I researched it on the internet and found something called Fordyce spots. The pictures is what made me believe thats what it is, im going to the dermatologist soon. but then about 2 months ago i noticed a bump on my cervix, and it went away and came back and went away again. I had a yeast infection about a month ago and I noticed a lump on the right side(outside) of my , near the oris. it went away with the yeast infection so i thought it was related. but I've had a few times since then, and everytime it reappears. Im not sure if this is all related, (all my luck probably not)...the first dr appointments results were all positive I have no STDs or Bacterial infections. i went to the obgyn after the yeast infection and i mentioned the bump on my cervix (although it wasnt there when the day of my appointment) and the reappearing lump on the outside. she said i was fine, it was normal. this doesnt happen for no reason, there has to be something causing this. please help! I cant afford to keep going to the docter, and I feel like theyre not going to help me unless i tell them what wrong with me...
