The name of a flash game?

I played it a few years ago, and I can't remember what it's called for the life of me, but it was supposed to be really satirical, with a John Kerry Voltron as the hero for the last boss, which was George W. Bush with mutated pig heads. It was a side-scrolling fighter, I'm pretty sure. Thanks in advance for any help, this has been bugging me for weeks.
