???HELP!! ACER ASPIRE 1670?

It suddenly stopped reading usbs, i checked device manager and discovered 3 usb driver had exclamation marks. I tried re-instaling and instaling difrent usb driver to no avail so i decided to re install windows xp. But now its restarting during setup when copying files at random points. Sometimes it goes all the way up to 3% (cyycoins.sys is the last file i am seeing before it restarts). The original OS is stil runing. What should i do? And can i copy usb driver files from a working aspire 3050. If so, what files do i copy?
