Well i would say that considering that pre-flood the average lifespan was about 10x as long as it is now, that the average birthing cycle would be about 10x as long as well. it only makes sense. You dont think that the 800 year old women looked 10x older than 80 year old women do now, do you? They ages slower back then, that is why they lived longer.
