What is better QUAKE 3 ARENA or COUNTER STRIKE 1.6.?

Counter-strike 1.6 in my opinion. Has more strategy to it rather then constant jumping with a rocket launcher. In Counter-strike there is an element of surprise but in Quake it's constant mind-blowing corpse-exploding rockets.
